Batak Offline ("we," "our," "the App," or "the Game") is a casual single-player card game in which you play against computer opponents. We respect your privacy and have designed the Game to handle as little data as possible. The Game works entirely offline: it does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, does not contain advertisements, and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. The only data the App creates is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
The following data is stored only on your device (in iOS / Android local app storage) and is never transmitted to us or anyone else:
You can permanently erase all of this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings.
The locally stored data described above is used only to run the Game on your device — to remember your nickname, avatar, table theme, and sound preference, and to keep your current match and standings consistent between sessions. It is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any other purpose, and it never leaves your device. We do not sell or share data, because we do not collect or receive any.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect or transmit data — no analytics services, no advertising networks, no social networks, and no remote crash-reporting services. As a result, no information about you is shared with, or made available to, any third party.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. Because the App neither collects nor stores any personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to disclose, even in response to a legal request.
Because all data stays on your device, it is protected by your device's operating-system sandboxing and by any device-level security you have enabled (passcode, biometric lock, full-disk encryption). No data is transmitted over the internet, which removes an entire category of transmission-related risk. No method of local storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK — Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) grant you rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Because the App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our side, we hold no personal information about you to access, export, or delete. You remain in full control at all times: every piece of locally stored data can be removed instantly by uninstalling the App. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not process any data that would require consent.
Where applicable, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. If you have any concern about children's privacy, please contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
By downloading and using Batak Offline, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the limited, on-device data handling described above. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the Game.
